As an artist, my work surrounds connection to land and community.
This work is an embodiment of ritual and tradition. An olla for the garden. A cup of tea to share. A vessel to carry the next season’s seeds.
It is the sense of grounding inherit in sinking one’s hands into the dirt.
A strengthening of connection to place.
